We accept payments via Cash, Card or Bank transfer on the day of your appointment. 50% deposit is required for larger groups and Corporate clients will receive an invoice.

I am qualified to Level 3 in Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage with additional qualifications in Oncology Massage and Level 3 Sports Massage.Furthermore, I also hold qualifications in Acupressure Massage and First Aid and registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I use massage mediums from Songbird which comes in various scents and is Nut & Palm oil free with Vegan and non scented options available.

How much clothing will I need to remove for the treatment?

Relaxation Clients - Underwear must stay on for the massage. Towels and a blanket are provided for privacy.Sports Clients - As above but some items may be left on if focusing on specific areas. This will be discussed at consultation. Chair Clients - No clothing removal is required.

Here are some of my recommendations to ensure your treatment and continued wellbeing lasts beyond the session itself.Hydration - Drinking water after treatment helps flush metabolic waste (like lactic acid) released from worked muscles, reducing soreness and speeding recovery. It also prevents dehydration from increased circulation during the session. Don't overdo it, just drink when you feel thirsty.Avoid eating heavy meals - Your relaxed parasympathetic system works better with lighter foods. Heavy digestion can cause bloating or sluggishness, counteracting the session's relaxation benefits. Opt for light snacks and wait 1-2 hours for bigger meals.Don't sit under the sun - Keep out of direct sun for 4-6 hours post-treatment. Increased circulation brings more blood to skin surface – UV exposure can cause burns, redness, or dizziness.Stretching & Relaxation - Maintain session benefits with gentle stretching (hold 20-30s) and 5-10 mins meditation/breathing. This helps keep the nervous system calm.Take a warm shower/bath - Take a warm (not hot/cold) shower/bath 30-60 mins after your session. Warmth boosts circulation to aid waste clearance while avoiding temperature extremes that could trigger muscle spasm or inflammation.
